Meet the Founding Team
Gayathri Venkat – Co-Founder & CEO
Gayathri co-founded LogFuze in 2013 and has been pivotal in driving the company’s growth. With a Master’s in Structural Engineering from SRM University and nearly a decade of experience in infrastructure projects at NAPC, she transitioned into entrepreneurship with LogFuze.
She began her journey managing finance and HR, later expanding into operations, purchase, and vendor management. Her strong leadership in operations and customer relationship management has been critical in scaling LogFuze into a global technology player.
Under her leadership, LogFuze has strengthened its foundation, expanded internationally, and evolved its flagship HoraData platform into Smart Building (CAFM/CMMS), now serving top-tier clients across multiple industries.
Gowri Ganesh – Co-Founder & Director of Sales & Marketing
Gowri has been central to LogFuze’s market expansion and customer engagement strategy. As Co-Founder and Director of Sales & Marketing, she leads initiatives to build strong client relationships, expand into new markets, and ensure that LogFuze’s AI-driven innovations deliver measurable impact for industries worldwide.
Prior to LogFuze, Gowri worked with Microsoft and Airtel, where she developed expertise in customer relationship management and enterprise sales — experience she now channels into shaping LogFuze’s customer-first growth strategy.
Venkadesan Velu – Founder & Ex-CEO
Venkadesan founded LogFuze in 2013 with a mission to bring enterprise-grade IoT and AI innovation into core industrial operations. His expertise spans Sales & Marketing, product development, edge computing, and business transformation.
As CEO from 2013 to 2024, he was instrumental in scaling operations, securing $250,000 in seed funding, and expanding the customer base to over 3,000+ globally. Under his leadership, LogFuze launched HoraData in 2015, which today powers machine data intelligence for leading enterprises such as Mersen, L&T, Hatsun, and Dalmia Cements.
He also spearheaded the company’s international expansion and the growth of the HoraData IoT-RMM platform, enabling industries to run safer, smarter, and more efficient operations.
A multi-venture founder and AI-driven serial entrepreneur, Venkadesan is the creator of HoraData — a key IoT platform shaping 2025–2030. He has deep expertise in AI, IoT, SaaS, and vertical AI products. In 2023, he co-founded GRO Media, expanding into digital advertising. Earlier in his career, he worked at Zoho, where he built a strong foundation in product and technology.
